Governing documents

Architectural application for design approval is required and is typically processed in 30 days. 

Please do not begin any planned work until you receive the formal written approval from the HOA on your project.

A few examples of these types of changes where written approval is required include but are not limited to:

• Exterior painting (including using current colors as well as a modified color scheme) 
• Exterior remodeling/upgrades such as replacing windows or doors 
• Adding structures to the back yard (structures are not allow in front yards) 
• Adding a pool, spa or hot tub  
• Placing a dumpster or porta-potty in your driveway/front  
• Changes to visible yard areas for landscape/hardscape
